Shipping
Damage and shortage claims must be made within 3 days after receiving the shipment.
If Purchaser’s shipment is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason including an invalid shipping address, Purchaser agrees to take full responsibility for the original shipment, reshipping, and all additional costs involved.
-Tolle Enterprises Ltd. will not accept any returned or unauthorized packages without a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) issued from our office.
-Domestic orders as well as International orders may be subject to sales tax, customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by their respective government. All such fees are purchaser’s responsibility, and are not included in the product or shipping charges. Tolle Enterprises is not responsible for packages held or denied by Customs in any destination country. The purchaser is responsible for the full purchase price and shipping costs should any package be held or denied by Customs. Should you refuse the package because of duty fees that may be associated with it, or for any other reason, you are responsible for the full purchase price and shipping costs.
Alterations/modifications
-Tolle Enterprises Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper usage, modification or alteration in any form of equipment that is inconsistent, contrary or in conflict with the recommended operation approved by Tolle Enterprises Ltd. It is solely the responsibility of the consumer to comply with all local, state and federal safety regulations and Tolle Enterprises Ltd. shall be held harmless for any violations of such. It is also the consumer’s responsibility to understand and acknowledge that mining activities may be hazardous without proper training. Consumer understands, acknowledges and accepts all responsibilities involved in taking proper precautions to ensure their own safety and safe operation of the equipment and shall hold Tolle Enterprises Ltd. harmless for any injuries or damages.
-All prices, specifications, equipment designs and parts are subject to change without notice. Pictures and video are not necessarily respective of all current or updated changes.

Warranties: Black Gold Magnetic Separators
All warranty claims and returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number provided by Tolle Enterprises Ltd… Return shipments without a RMA number will be refused. To obtain warranty service please contact our office for a RMA number and directions for the appropriate warranty service.The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and must deliver all freight prepaid and return freight prepaid also. Returned products arriving damaged will be reported to the shipping company as required, however, processing the claim is always the responsibility of the Purchaser and freight insurance is highly recommended.
-Warranties do not cover minor cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the equipment. Warranties are not transferable. Warranties do not cover accidental damage, misuse, negligence, abuse, natural and manmade environmental damage from such things as polluted water and feed materials, salt air and water, acid rain, etc. and related damage such as heat, UV, freezing, etc. Warranty coverage for all equipment requires that a certified GFCI plugin be used at all times. Warranties do not cover damage to pumps and motor caused by insufficient or excessive electric power supply. Warranties do not cover damage to pump props, overheating, etc. due to muddy water supply that is excessively heavy in particulates.Pumps and the Electric Drive motor have a one year limited Manufacturer’s Warranty starting on the purchase date of the Magnetic Separator. All other parts have a 90 day warranty against Manufacturer defects.
Magnets
Tolle Enterprises Ltd. neither assumes nor accepts any liability for damages resulting from the handling or use of magnets contained in the Magnetic Separator. With your purchase, the Purchaser confirms that he/she has read and understood all warnings and agrees that he/she is responsible for all damages and injuries caused by the magnets, which include personal injuries, property damage and magnet damage. The strong magnetic fields of Neodymium magnets can cause damage to electronic items. Pace-makers and other medical devices may be damaged or switch to “Test Mode” in the presence of a strong magnetic force. If a medical implant is in use, keep a minimum of 3 feet distance away from the Separator. All individuals should avoid having constant contact with the strong fields of Neodymium magnets. Keep all metal tools and objects away from the magnetic system of the Separator. Personal injury and/or Property damage may occur. Scratch and dent damage caused by such action voids the warranty and can negatively impact proper cleaning and operation of the magnetic system.
Warranty: Neffco Centrifuge Bowl and Accessories
Neffco bowls have few servicable moving parts, all having minimal cost when purchased locally in most regions. To keep the price as low as possible Neffco Manufacturing has no written or implied warranty by either Neffco or Tolle Enterprises Ltd. as an authorized dealer.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
